Located 1.2km from Puerto Blanco, 2.5 km from the center of Calpe and 3km from the arenal beach. Supermarket at 2.5km, pharmacy at 2km and the closest restaurant at 1km. Alicante airport 70 km and Valencia 120 km.
Descriptive:
Magnificent finca, more than 200 years old, renovated in the early 90s. It has 400m2 of living space on a 10,000m2 plot of land. The property has two floors, connected by an internal staircase.
Upstairs: 36m2 master bedroom with 180x200cm double bed, air conditioning, tv, built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace with beautiful sea views. From the bedroom access to the en suite bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. The bathroom is just below the roof, so it has a low part, watch out for the head.
25m2 bedroom with 140x190cm double bed, air conditioning, exit to the balcony and en suite bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
Downstairs: 1 bedroom with a 180x190cm double bed, children's bunk beds (80x190cm), air conditioning and access to the outdoor terrace with views on to the palm grove. Bathroom with bathtub, bidet, sink and toilet. 1 bedroom with 180x190cm double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The finca is furnished in a rustic style with furniture and decoration from Latin America, specifically from Bolivia, Chile and Mexico. Please be careful.
Exterior: Pool (not fenced) with island in the middle, 17m x 9m wide (irregular shape), with Roman steps. Beautiful views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach. Next to the pool there is grass area with palm trees and open views. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with outdoor furniture, 8 sun lounges, a built-in barbecue, umbrella and a built-in dining area for 6-8 people.

Park with paved path, pine trees, bougainvillea, rest areas and open views towards the sea. The garden is a paradise and surrounds the villa. You can take walks between the paths of the park and around the property. Area to play petanque and table tennis. Outside shower right next to the pool. Natural stone walls. Parking for several cars (1 covered). The house has an alarm, satellite wifi (not fiber optic), lights in the pool, mosquito nets in the bedroom windows and a small safe.
Important: The house has a pet (Persian / Norwegian old cat). No other animals are allowed. The farm has many corners and high walls, which makes it not suitable for children between 2 to 6 years of age. Not suitable for hypoallergenic people (there are pine, cypress & olive trees on the property). The land below the pool is closed to rent. They are closed to the tenants: an office, the garage and two storage rooms, where all the garden and pool utensils are kept.
