Wonderful house!!

My wife and I spent two weeks at this location. It is clean and modern. The pool area is fabulous and the view is wonderful. Super close to supermarkets and downtown. Lots of places to go all and bike. I would highly recommend this home!

We loved the home

This place was a dream vacation. The location and pool were just perfect for our COVID vacation. Never even wanted to leave the house. We rented the hurricane 2400 as well. Such a fun add!! The home is exactly as pictured if not better!! There are extra fees onsite for use of electricity which adds up quick and grill cleaning. Just be aware when booking that there are extra costs onsite. The check in/out process so require action as well. But for a week rental was a beautiful escape!!! Nice neighborhood too!! Will def stay again!

We have loved every second of our stay

My family and I are obsessed with Villa Bellagio. It far surpassed our expectations so much so that we decided mid trip to extend our stay. The house was sparkling clean and had all the amenities needed for my family. The pool and view were a dream come true. We have every intention of staying again as long as the home is available for rent.

Our family had such an amazing and relaxing time during our stay. The pool is absolutely amazing and the view is remarkable. The evening sunsets were our favorite part. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The hosts were outstanding with quick communication. We look forward to returning again!

The house and the pool are amazing. The house has many areas to sit and relax. The beds and linens were very comfortable as were the other pieces of furniture. The house ia very inviting. My wife and I felt like we were at home, not a rental home. We also rented the Hurricane sundeck 2690. The boat was clean and outfitted nicely. While exploring the islands, you could see other rental boats and ours looked much nicer and better maintained. We had a great time exploring many beaches during our 5 days with the boat. There are many more islands than Sanibel and Captiva. Cayo Costa was our favorite. One could spend several days exploring its' beaches and the interior of the island. We had the beach to ourselves and the closest person to us was at least a mile a way. We will definitely be back someday. I cannot tell you much about the town of Cape corral , Sanibel or captiva. We stayed in the house 8 nights and only ate out once and that was at Doc Fords after we spent the day exploring Cayo Costa. This is partially due to covid, but we wanted to be at the house sitting in the pool watching the sunsets shine over the canal and directly into the pool. The management personnel were 1st class just like the accommodations.

Thank you for an amazing week!

This was an amazing house to rent for a week! We had a wonderful time floating in the pool and just relaxing with that spectacular view each day. We saw dolphins and manatees in the channel behind the house. Great location - close to beaches, easy access to grocery shopping. We loved to mangrove park across the road as well. The house was spotless when we arrived. We will hopefully have to opportunity to rent this house again in the future.

Amazing Villa

The villa is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. The villa is really close to gift shops, boutiques, art gallerias, marinas and restaurants. The pool area is also amazing, especially in the evening when the sun sets. Lots of floats and beach balls to play around with in the pool. The villa also had beach chairs and umbrellas. We rented a boat which I think is a must. The boat was awesome and very well equipped. You can travel to Sanibel Island, Captiva, Ft Myers and many other places. You can also pull up to a few local restaurants in the boat. They are just a short distance away via the canal. The boat instruction by Heiko was top notch and very well done. I can say enough about the Managing Director and the rest of the staff. They were so helpful on any questions before and during our stay. My family thanks you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful Villa

The house is absolutely beautiful! Everything was as pictured. House was sparkling clean & the pool and spa were fantastic. Would absolutely recommend staying here! Location is also great with easy access to the water or a short drive to many nearby restaurants. Also was an easy drive over to Sanibel Island & areas in Ft. Myers. The property manager Patricia was very helpful & quick to answer any questions we had. Loved every minute of our stay!!

gepflegt, sauber, einladend, luxuriös - zum Wohlfüheln

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem gepflegten Haus verbracht und haben uns in der Sonne Floridas erholen können. Zur Abwicklung: Im Vorfeld lief alles problemlos per Mail. Buchung und Fragen konnten einfach durchgeführt und schnell geklärt werden. Vor Ort angekommen wurden wir, obwohl wir viel zu früh dort waren, herzlich willkommen und konnten bereits die Aussenanalgen nutzen, bis alles organisatorische erledigt war. Sowohl für den Check-In als auch für den Check-Out wurden vor Ort individuell Termine abgesprochen. Beides lief sehr schnell (evtl. etwas zu gehezt bedingt durch die hohe Auslastung) und problemlos ab. Zur Ausstattung: Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Alle Betten waren bezogen und alle Badezimmer hergerichtet (mit Handtüchern und Toilettenpapier), obwohl wir nur zwei benötigten. Nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten liefen auch alle Klimaanlagen und nach Eingewöhnung in die herunterzuladene App für das Soundsystem konnte auch jedes Zimmer als auch der Poolbereich individuell mit Musik versorgt werden. In der Garage lagen sogar Wasserspielzeuge bereit (Luftmatratzen, Wasserbälle, etc.). Für ausreichend Gas für den Barbecuegrill war ebenfalls gesorgt. Nach einer kleinen Einweisung in die Poolsteuerung machte diese auch was sie sollte (beheizen, mit Licht, mit Whirlpool etc.). Zum Eindruck: Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt als wir es bezogen. Die Hausverwaltung ist sehr bemüht das Haus in seinem guten Zustand zu erhalten und war dankbar über Hinweise zu Defekten, die nur Nutzern auffallen können. Diese wurden auch umgehend behoben. Zur Umgebung: Die Gegend in der die Villa steht ist sehr ruhig. Die Zufahrtstraße in das Wohngebiet ist weit entfernt und niedrig frequentiert. Trotz des Hotels am Ende der Straße war wenig Verkehr. Nur gegen Abend, zur Essenszeit, wurde die Zufahrtstraße etwas höher frequentiert, da am Ende ein Yachthafen mit mehreren Restaurants zu finden ist. (fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten) Ja

Lovely home

We stayed as a family and enjoyed the house very much. It is very well equipped and the beds and comfortable. We loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the sunset. It did take quite some time to heat the hot tub and pool...probably because it was chilly outside. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Just be aware the electricity use is monitored and you pay extra for what you use.
