Villa Emilia wunderschöne Luxusvilla in ruhiger Lage in der Touristenstadt Medulin. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, umgeben von viel Grün und Villen. Die Entfernung von der Medulin-Promenade beträgt ca. 2 Kilometer. Die geräumige Villa verfügt über 3 geräumige und klimatisierte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Das Besondere an dieser Villa ist das Gefühl von Luxus und eine Portion Extravaganz, die sich durch das ganze Haus ziehen. Der Pool wird nach Bedarf beheizt (gegen Gebühr).
Das Erdgeschoss der Villa verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmern und Terrassen sowie ein schöner Pool. Rund um das Haus gibt es einen eingezäunten schönen Garten mit Außenküche und Grill. Der Parkplatz ist eingezäunt und öffnet sich aus der Ferne. Alle Betten im Haus sind 200x180cm groß und bieten vollen Komfort.

Villa Emilia beautiful luxury villa in a quiet location in the tourist town of Medulin. The villa is located in a quiet street surrounded by greenery and villas. The distance from the Medulin promenade is about 2 kilometers. Spacious villa features 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. The special feature of this villa is the feeling of luxury and a dose of extravagance that run through the whole house. The pool is heated as needed (extra charge).

The ground floor of the villa has a living room, kitchen and dining room, bedroom with bathroom and toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and terraces and a beautiful pool. Around the house there is a fenced beautiful garden with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The parking lot is fenced and opens remotely. All beds in the house are size 200x180cm for complete comfort.

The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount of money that the guest paid to confirm the reservation for which he has now been granted a refund. If the traveler does not arrive to the destination or cancels the service of the accommodation after it began, “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges the full price of the reservation. For every cancellation of the reservation “Istra Vacation” by DAH Istra d.o.o. charges 15 EUR of administrative expenses. You must send cancellations directly by email to .
