U velikom ograđenom vrtu vila Giovanna svojim gostima nudi vanjski bazen od 32 m2 s ležaljkama, suncobranima i vanjskim tušem, blagovaonski stol na natkrivenoj terasi, roštilj i veliko parkiralište.

Dostupno je samo gostima i pruža im bezbrižan odmor i privatnost, jer se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji izvan sela. Novoizgrađena vila Giovanna, 120 m2, sastoji se od dvije spavaće sobe s klimom, dvije kupaonice s tušem, male praonice i prostorije za glačanje, zasebnog WC-a, blagovaonice i dnevnog boravka s klimom, male ostave i potpuno opremljene kuhinje s indukcijskom pločom i perilicom posuđa.

U blizini se nalazi vinarija Damjanić, jedna od vodećih vinskih kuća u regiji. Villa Giovanna ima veliki ograđeni vrt s bazenom od 32 m2, privatnim parkiralištem i roštiljem. Kuća ima dvije spavaće sobe s vlastitim kupaonicama, veliku kuhinju s blagovaonicom i dnevnim boravkom te mali toalet. Gosti mogu uživati u miru bez susjeda. U selu se nalazi restoran, vinarija i mala trgovina. More je biciklom udaljeno samo 15 minuta. U blizini se nalaze i veliki supermarketi Lidl, Kaufland te mali trgovački centar. Tko želi pobjeći od gradske vreve, ovdje će pronaći odmor i opuštanje.

Die Villa Giovanna ist umgeben von wunderschöner Natur und Radwege, die ins Landesinnere Istriens oder ans Meer führen. In der Nähe befindet sich auch die Stadt Funtana, die für ihre Fischspezialitäten und schönen Strände bekannt ist und nur 15 Minuten von der Villa mit dem Fahrrad entfernt ist.

Es befindet sich nur 6,5 km von Porec, 3,5 km von der Ferienanlage Grüne Laguna mit vielen Sport- und Freizeiteinrichtungen (Skilifts für Wasserski, Bootsverleih, etc.), und 3 km von den großen Wasserpark Aquacolors .

Auf einem großen eingezäunten Grundstück bietet die Villa Giovanna seinen Gästen einen Außenpool von 32 m², mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und Außendusche, Tisch und Stühlen zum Essen auf der überdachten Terrasse, Grill und einem großen Parkplatz.

Es steht nur den Gästen zur Verfügung und bietet ihnen einen unbeschwerten Urlaub und Intimität, da es sich in einer ruhigen Lage außerhalb des Resorts befindet.



Die neu gebaute Villa Giovanna für 4 Personen, 118 m2 Fläche besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche, ein Zimmer für die Wäsche und bügeln, ein separates WC, Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, kleine Zimmer zur Verfügung und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionsplatte und Geschirrspüler.

Das Weingut Damjanic (eines der führenden Weinhäuser der Region)befindet sich in der Nähe. Als Gast im Ville Giovanna können Sie bestimmte Weine kostenfrei probieren.

Reservations are obligatory in written (oral) way and after the reservation is made the advance payment of 30% of the agreed final price is required within 7 (seven) days. After the guest has paid 30% of the agreed amount for the booking made, the reservation is valid and the booking process is considered complete and the owner shall send a written confirmation of booking by e-mail. In case the payment is not made within 7 (seven) days of the reservation, the reservation is considered invalid. Accommodation costs include: water, gas, electricity, internet, as well as bed linen, towels, final cleaning of the interior, pool and exterior maintenance. The minimum stay is 4 nights and for a shorter stay, the price of the accommodation is raised by 30%. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival. Deposit of 200 € is required upon arrival at the house and is released upon departure. CANCEL OR CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION By canceling the reservation 60 and more days before arrival: 100% of the advance payment is returned. Cancellation of reservation made between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the paid advance is charged. In case the guest can find another guest as his replacement in the same period, for the same price and under the same conditions, the owner will transfer the reservation to the new guest immediately upon written receipt of all necessary information and will send a written confirmation thereof. According to the guests’ wishes, the number of persons can be increased to the maximum capacity of the facility, if announced at least 3 (three) days before arrival. Upon arrival, guests must submit their travel and personal documents in order to be registered at the tourist office. The arrival time must be between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and departure time up to 10.00 am.

Villa Giovanna was completed in early 2019 and is located in a small village – Fuškulin.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, there are cycle paths leading to the interior of Istria or to the sea. Funtana is a nearby town known for its fish specialties and beautiful beaches, only 15 minutes by bike ride.

It is only 6.5 km from Poreč, 3.5 km from the tourist resort Zelena Laguna with numerous sports and entertainment facilities (ski-lift for rent, boat rental etc.) and 3 km from the large Aquacolors Aquatic Park .

Surrounded by a large fenced yard, Villa Giovanna offers its guests an outdoor pool of 32 m² with deck chairs, sunshades and an outdoor shower, a table with dining chairs on the covered terrace, a barbecue and a large parking lot.

It is for the guests’ exclusive use, offering them a carefree vacation and intimacy since being located in a quiet location outside the village.

The newly built Villa Giovanna for 4 persons, 118 m2 consists of two bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, a small washing and ironing room, one separate toilet, dining and living room with air conditioning, small storage rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob and dishwasher.

Traumurlaub!

Villa Giovanna i njezina ljubazna domaćica Sanija mogu samo preporučiti. Pri dolasku je već sve bilo pripremljeno za naše uživanje u hrani i piću, može se reći kao da se dolazi kod mame. Kuća je vrlo čista, ima sve što nam je potrebno. Najbolje za nas je bazen, prekrasan njegovan zeleni vrt. Potpuni odmor, što više željeti. Hvala Sanija. L.G. Isabella i Roland

Čisto opuštanje, uz vrlo simpatičnu domaćicu (Sanija) u Villi Giovanni!

Mi, Karin i Herbert, osjećali smo se dobro zbrinutim kad smo stigli u Villu Giovannu zahvaljujući toploj dobrodošlici naše domaćice (Sanije). Osjećalo se kao da smo se ponovno vratili kući. Taj nas je osjećaj pratio tijekom cijelog blagdanskog razdoblja. Proveli smo prekrasno vrijeme opuštanja u Villi Giovanni.
Već se radujemo što ćemo ponovno biti gosti ovdje u svibnju 2023.!
