Opis
Ažuriranje uragana: kavez (zasloni za bugove) oko bazena i terase oštećen je uraganom Ianom. Nedostaju pojedinačne ploče. Trudimo se popraviti kavez što je prije moguće.
Vila impresionira svojim izvrsnim položajem, pogledom i vrlo dobrim sadržajima. Smješten izravno na glavnom pristupnom kanalu u Zaljevu. Uživajte u udobnosti i sadržajima ove vile na svom odmoru.
Po cijeloj kući su postavljene pločice. Nema tepiha, što je jako bitno za alergičare.
Dnevni boravak poziva na opuštanje. Ovdje ćete također pronaći 60 inčni TV s Apple TV-om. Za ljubitelje glazbe u kući imamo sustav zvučnika tvrtke Sonos (WLAN zvučnici). Tako da možete slušati svoju omiljenu lokalnu radio stanicu ili vlastiti popis pjesama bilo gdje.
Glavna spavaća soba s izravnim pristupom bazenu kroz klizna staklena vrata ima susjednu kupaonicu s kadom, tušem s dodatnim kišnim tušem i dvostrukim umivaonikom. 2 walk-in ormara nude dovoljno prostora.
Druga spavaća soba također ima pristup bazenu kroz klizna staklena vrata. Kupatilo je odmah do njega. Treća spavaća soba je također neposredno uz.
Kuhinja s pripadajućom blagovaonicom je velika i prostrana. Očekuje vas vrlo dobra oprema uključujući nove uređaje od nehrđajućeg čelika i Nespresso aparat. Za zabavu ćete također pronaći stol za bilijar u ulaznom prostoru.
Bitna nam je energetska učinkovitost pa Villa Blue Pearl ima 2 nova klima uređaja od kojih je jedan odvojen za spavaće sobe. To štedi energiju. Po cijeloj kući postavljene su samo LED lampe. Zaboravljate li često putne čepove? Postavili smo USB utičnice za punjenje uređaja u kući.
Veliki bazen je prostran gdje ćete pronaći ležaljke za opuštanje, kao i vanjsku kuhinju sa sudoperom i velikim roštiljem od nehrđajućeg čelika za odlične američke odreske. Bazen radi sa slanim sustavom (bez klora), što vodu čini vrlo ugodnom i nježnom za kožu. Nema više nadraženih očiju. Uživajte u prekrasnim zalascima sunca s palube bazena ili izravno na vodi s palube broda.
Položaj ovog doma okrenut prema zapadu daje vam puno sunca cijeli dan i najbolje zalaske sunca na Floridi svake večeri. Vrlo blizu ćete pronaći supermarket, marinu Cape Harbor s restoranima, slastičarnom i trgovinama te Camelot Park s igralištem, roštiljem i teniskim terenima.
S pristaništa možete krenuti na avanturističke izlete. Bilo da se radi o izletu brodom do slikovitih plaža Sanibel ili Captiva, jednodnevnom izletu do plaže Fort Myers ili vožnji kajakom kroz šarmantne kanale Cape Corala, izbor je vaš.

Lijepa lokacija
Kuća ima vrlo lijep tlocrt i lijep položaj u kanalu. Brodom smo bili na moru za 50 minuta. Sve je bilo vrlo čisto, a ručnici i posuđe bili su savršeni. Priručnik je bio spreman i g. Strauss je osobno došao odgovoriti na naša pitanja. Također nam je odmah pomogao oko svih ostalih pitanja koja nemaju veze s kućom. Preporučamo da brod koji on nudi rezervirate u isto vrijeme, jer se drugim ponuđačima ne može u potpunosti vjerovati. Osjećali smo se vrlo ugodno i možemo preporučiti vilu.

Beste Lage, beautiful Villa, Top location
We enjoyed our stay too much. Prolonged for 2 days and still didn’t wanna go home. Sunsets are beautiful and staying by the pool was so relaxing. Lots of golf courses nearby and shopping and restaurants around the corner. Quite neighborhood, nothing for party animals but perfect for families and those who enjoy peace and quite. We highly recommend the villa blue pearl.

Excellent view and beautiful property
Heiko is a wonderful host! Communication was great from the time we booked months ago until after we checked out. The property is a gem, jewel of the Nile per say, boasting a great view at the end of the canal facing directly due West to view sunset from the pool! The amenities were superb - comfortable beds, lavish modern furniture and plenty of space for our group of 8. The only thing I would recommend but wasn’t a deal breaker would be to install a tv in the other two bedrooms. This would top it off! Definitely will recommend this property! Cheers!

Blue Pearl
We had a wonderful time at the villa during our vacation in July. We stayed for just short of three weeks. Heiko and Patricia were perfect hosts form initial booking, checking in and out. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked for advice. The house has everything required for vacation and is spotlessly clean throughout. Pool table was well used by us during the evenings as was Apple TV and Netflix. Outdoor area with BBQ was also well used while we were on vacation, the pool was fantastic and was cleaned regularly while we were there.
There are beach essentials within the garage poor trips out, Sanibel, Naples and Fort Myers Beach also reasonably close by. Fishing rods in the garage to while away the hours on the boat dock, good luck, all I seem to catch is Catfish! Although lots of fish visible from the dock.
All that's missing from the house is bicycles and a couple of kayaks which we had at previous bookings and is good for exploring the canals. Heiko can also arrange boat hire if required, although we didn't make use of this. This was our fourth year in a row to Cape Coral and as a vacation location it is fantastic. The house is in a very quiet neighbour hood with grocery stores and restaurants close by, but rental car is essential. We would highly recommend this villa for a vacation rental.

Amazing sunsets
Absolutely enjoyed our weekend. Home was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Pool was relaxing and that view of canal was amazing. Loved the jumping fish. My husband went out fishing every morning. We will recommend this property to our friends. We will be be planning our trip next year at this home

We stayed 8 days at this beautiful home. The sunsets are amazing!! The home is large, clean and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The outdoor area was extremely nice too. Renting the boat was a great option!! Heiko was very attentive, efficient and friendly.

Great location, very comfortable and clean.
What a sharp home.. Wonderfully decorated and supplied with everything you could want especially in kitchen. Very comfortable beds and the decor is superb. Beautiful sunsets looking down a wide and long canal. Very nice pool. Electric is extra but worth it to have the pool heated. Three of us really enjoyed our two week stay there. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Amazing
Our stay at the Villa Blue Pearl to escape the frigid, snowy winter in Iowa was everything we had hoped it would be. Definitely 5-stars!!! !!
Heiko and Patricia were so helpful; even making a couple stops to help out with the TVs as I’m “technically challenged” at times. Any Questions we had were always answered quickly; The check in and out process was very easy. The house is very clean, bright, open and inviting; exactly as pictured. Furniture and beds very comfy; pool and lanai area were awesome and was where we spent most of our time. Our fav way to end each day was to watch the spectacular sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine in the comfy chairs by the canal.
We enjoyed it so much , we already booked for 2020 and 2021!! Definitely recommend booking the Villa Blue Pearl with Heiko and Patricia

Calming and Serene
This property is a diamond! The location on the water is so quiet and peaceful with great sunsets. The view is fantastic from any room in the house or patio. The pool was nice to relax in. The home is well maintained with a very clean contemporary style. Although, Sanibel was an hours drive, it was nice to come home to the pool and serene view. Only negative was the additional cost of the electric used - suggest it be included in the cost of the package. Overall, great vacation home!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der traumhaften Villa Blue Pearl in Cape Coral verbracht.
Schon der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Hauses war überwältigend.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was den Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis werden lässt.
Auch die Sauberkeit des Hauses war hervorragend.

The Villa was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the month of Feb. 2018. The pool area and view of the canal was spectacular. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the pool area. The area of the neighborhood was very quiet. Our overall experience was excellent. We would have rented the house again next year but our dates were not available.

Beautiful House and Wonderful Sunsets
I recently stayed 4 days at the Blue Pearl. The house is beautiful, spotless, modern, spacious. Looks just like the pictures but even better. Well equipped with everything you need. I did not miss a sunset on the outside deck each evening. The pool was very nice and when swimming and looking out over the canal, it felt like an infinity pool. Highly recommend. I will be back. Thank you Heiko and Patricia for a very pleasant, relaxing stay.

The Perfect Holiday
We stayed at the Villa Blue Pearl for a total of 19 nights.
Everything was as we had hoped for and the pictures on Homeaway did not disappoint...
The home very spacious and clean and everything we needed was there.
Plenty of towels for both shover and pool, all you can think of in the kitchen and a big washer and dryer.
The area was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Cape Coral is a nice place with things to do for everyone. There are nice restaurants and beaches and the canals is really something special.
Mr. Strauss and Mrs. Strauss are very professional and kind people and everything about the rental of the house went smooth.
We would recommend Villa Blue Pearl to everyone and would gladly stay there again.

Hammer Villa, Luxus Pur!
Fotos beschreiben nicht ganz die Villa, es ist alles noch viel schöner! Wunderschöne Einrichtung, top modern, alles vorhanden, was man so zum Ferien machen braucht - sogar Kühlbox inkl. Kühlsteine, Poolnudeln (;-)), Kaffeemaschine, Nespressomaschine, Milchschäumer, Mixer...
Pool ist toll, Nachbarn sind sehr wenige zu sehen...Privatsphäre top! Dachten zuerst, wir würden Fahrräder vermissen, erkunden aber die Gegend jeden Morgen joggend...und finden 'unsere' Villa immer wieder die schönste ;-)
Toller Sonnenuntergang, schöner Blick über den Kanal inkl. fliegenden Fischen. Sehr ruhige Gegend, top zum Abschalten....

Ferienfeeling pur!
Das Haus ist der HAMMER! Wunderschön hell und freundlich eingerichtet, grosse Küche mit allem vorhanden, cooler Grill direkt draussen neben Pool, Billardtisch und abends traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge direkt vor der Nase! Unser kleiner Sohn wollte gerade für immer einziehen :)
Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns Infos für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Nächstes Mal noch länger!

Paradies in Cape Coral
Die Villa Blue Pearl ist wahrhaftig eine Perle. Sie ist auf den Fotos schon wunderschön, übertraf aber unsere Erwartungen (2 Erwachsene – 1 Kind) als wir ankamen noch einmal.
Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Kanal, wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und hochwertig in modernem, geschmackvollen Stil eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.
In den beiden Bädern mit ebenerdigen Duschen stehen eine rechhaltige Anzahl an Handtücher sowie Seife, Fön etc. zur Verfügung.
Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, besonders der Milchaufschäumer und die Nespresso-Maschine haben unser Herz höher schlagen lassen. Im Außenbereich befindet sich ein großer amerikanischer Gasgrill, den wir häufig genutzt haben. Besonders praktisch ist die Herausreiche von Küche zur Terrasse.
Vom großen Pool ist man in wenigen Schritten direkt am Bootsanleger, von welchem aus man wundervoll den Sonnenauf-/untergang und die fliegenden Fische bei einem Kaffee auf den vorhanden Liegen genießen kann.
Die Vermieter Patricia und Heiko haben uns persönlich willkommen geheißen und sind unheimlich freundlich und zuvorkommen. Eine Mappe mit Ausflugszielen, Restaurantvorschlägen etc. liegt im Haus bereit.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit sehr freundlicher Nachbarschaft. In Minuten erreicht man Restaurants, Shops und Supermärkte.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus, als auch die Vermieter, nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub hier.

Wir waren im November fast die ersten Mieter der neu renovierten Villa. Die Angaben im Inserat waren mehr als zutreffend und das in jeder Hinsicht. Wenn es an irgendetwas gefehlt hat, hat sich der Vermieter sofort darum gekümmert und uns mehr als zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Egal zu welcher Zeit, hatte der Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr für uns und hat uns auch gerne weitergeholfen. Er ist bei allen sich ergebenen Lagen sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit sehr freundlich. Ich würde dieses Haus jedem weiterempfehlen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir das Haus auch selbst wieder mieten werden. Wir hatten auch ein Boot über unseren Vermieter angemietet, was ich jedem empfehlen kann. Die Tage auf dem Meer waren ganz besondere. Wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die vorgefundene Gastfreundlichkeit bedanken.
