Highly recommend

The property was better than the pictures, bigger than we expected. It was fully stocked with items we would normally have to pack or buy going to other homes. The pool and jacuzzi were not heated but it is being fixed. We rented a boat, which was lots of fun as first time boaters. The property manager was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

our stay was such a joy

I must admit that our expectations of Villa Carpe Diem were unreasonably high based on the profile and beautiful photography. Would it really live up to those expectations? The answer: absolutely. The villa itself is extremely spacious, clean, and well lit at all times of day. Though it looks out onto the water, it feels very private. The kitchen has everything you need - three types of coffee maker, blenders, pots and pans... enough to allow us to cook every day. For entertainment - the combination of the TV, Apple TV, and speaker setup made me envious I don't have the same back home. The pool with infinity edge and hot tub is a dream. So too the seating around the edge of the pool and speakers for outdoor music. Outside of the main pool area is a dock with covered seating - an idyllic spot first thing in the morning and during sunset. Two kayaks are available for use: launched from the dock, you can travel up and down the canals, from which we saw rays and dolphins most days. Throughout our stay, CoralVilla were available at all times for questions and local recommendations. Though a review like this will likely make future bookings a little harder, this Cape Coral gem should be experienced by everyone. We can't wait to go back.

Awesome Family Vacation!

Coralvilla was the perfect choice for our family vacation this year. The owner and management team were very responsive, the property was beautiful and my mom was in awe of how prepared the home was, i.e. towels, coffee maker, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, spices, fishing poles... you name it, they had it! This is going to be our new go-to for family get.

Awesome Staycation 2020!!!

My husband and I recently spent 6 wks. living in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and updated. We have stayed in other coral villa homes and would recommend any one of them for your vacation. This is close to town and restaurants. All the updated supplies you would need for cooking. Quiet neighborhood and over looking a large canal. Do not hesitate to book this lovely home.

Cape Coral Villa Carpe Diem

This is a beautiful home with many amenities and lots of space. The whole house was spotless. The location was good for day trips and exploring. The outdoor area was our favorite - hot tub and pool - grill - lounge chairs - outdoor seating - kayaks - and tiki hut.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolle Villa, die mit wirklich allem ausgestattet ist, was benötigt wird. Publix Market und auch Restaurants sind in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Von der Anfrage bis zur Buchung und darüber hinaus wirklich vorbildlicher Kundenservice, erstklassig !!!! Aufgrund der herausragenden Lage unbedingt ein Boot mieten. Der Einrichtungsstandard und die Ausstattung in der Villa lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man wirklich einen Kritikpunkt erwähnen müsste, dann ist das der Liegekomfort in den Betten; hier sind statt der sehr verbreiteten US-typischen Boxspringbauweise "normale" Lattenroste und Matratzen eingerichtet, die ggf. als etwas hart empfunden werden. Insgesamt aber volle 5 Sterne und Daumen hoch, auch für eine sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft und so steht einem wirklich megamäßigen Urlaub nichts im Weg, einfach zum Genießen und Wohlfühlen!!!

New Years Eve

Wir waren über Silvester mit 8 Erwachsenen in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Abwicklung durch Frau Schommer bis zur Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung vor Ort hat alles gut und superschnell geklappt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr guten Gegend - nahe zur Brücke und am Hauptkanal. Das Haus selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Infinity Pool mit Blick auf den Kanal ist das Highlight. Wir haben die Morgensonne und Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Alle 4 Räume haben den gleichen Standard. Prima waren auch die Fahrten mit den vorhandenen Kanus. Oft haben wir abends am Pool gesessen und den Grill benutzt. Wir hatten in dem tollen Haus einen schönen Jahresübergang 2020!

Villa Carpe Diem Mai 2019

Wir waren im Mai 2019 mit 6 Personen in diesem Haus. Selten aber haben wir ein Haus so komplett ausgestattet vorgefunden, kein Wunsch blieb offen. Platz innen wie aussen so großzügig und stilvoll eingerichtet, dass jeder seinen eigenen Platz finden konnte und zwei erholsame, zufriedene Wochen erleben konnte. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal, besonders wenn ein Boot zur Verfügung ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe hervorragend, ebenso wie die Angebote der Gastronomie. Sehr empfehlenswerte Betreuung im Vorfeld der Reise durch Frau Schommer und Ihr ist Team hervorragend, dafür einen recht herzlichen Dank

Nice home and location.

Home was clean and comfortable. The pool was big with plenty of seating. The location was great on a larger canal with boat traffic and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well stocked. The only small complaint is that the beds are on platform frames with no box springs. So they were low to the ground. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable so we had to go purchase pillows for our stay. Both are minor items. We've been renting homes in Cape Coral for the past 10 years and this is one of the more comfortable homes we've rented. Check in and check out was quick and friendly. I hope to be back again some time.

Wonderful vacation in a great home!

We had a great time in this lovely home. They had everything that We could possibly need there including pool toys and two kayaks! Canal was nice and wide and we enjoyed watching the boats go in and out. Patricia was on top of everything. She was quick to help with any minor problem or question. A delight to work with. Plenty of towels and linens. And kitchen was equipped with great pots and pans, utensils and tableware. Do not hesitate to make your reservation. We look forward to visiting again.

Fantastic Beautiful Home

We stayed here for the first time, it was beautiful with a fantastic view and close to everything. We also rented the boat and went to Sanibel Island that was fantastic. Could not have has a better vacation. Patricia and Heiko are also fantastic people and so nice, they go above and beyond. This was our second stay with them and we will certainly be back:)

Amazing Home and Location. Great experience!!

What a great experience in Cape Coral! We had never been to the area so this was all new for us. We loved Villa Carpe Diem! It is modern and super clean. They thought of every detail when preparing the house for renters. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook at the house but tons of great restaurants are close by. Our favorites were Rum Runners, The Boathouse, and the Bimini Bait Shack. The pool is amazing and the view is great. The house is on one of the wider channels which is nice. We also rented the Hurricane boat and had A wonderful time exploring the area by water. We are amateur boaters and it was very easy to navigate the area and operate the boat. We ventured to Pine Island, Sanibel and Captiva by boat. Nico was so helpful with the boat instructions and the owner Monja was so responsive and helpful when arranging the rental. We HIGHLY recommended Villa Carpe Diem! Can’t wait to come here again!

This house was beautiful.

This house was great. 3 king bedroom and 1 queen, all with on suites. Great location on the canal. We also took advantage of renting the boat. Went to sanibel island and Fort Myers beach by boat. The house is located very close to the golf. Definitely recommend it.

Exceeding other villas, perfection

Absolutely fantastic. A beautiful villa, we had a wonderful stay.
Heiko, part of the management company came over to say hi and to make sure everything was okay. He is super efficient.
Villa Carpe Diem exceeded all expectations.
We had a wonderful time . The House is stunning, well equipped, in a fabulous setting.
We enjoyed the infinety pool, hot tub , boating, fishing and wildlife.
What more could anybody ask for. Ultimate luxury.
The home owner Monja were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
We would definitely hope to return in the future.

First time Cape Coral

I have been visiting Florida since 1987, I have lost count of how many times I have visited in all of those years but it was our first time in Cape Coral. Villa Carpe Diem is one if the nicest if not the best we have stayed in. Its refreshing not to stay in one of those 'chintzy; Florida houses. Everything was just great and the boat was an added bonus. Patricia & Heiko were most helpful.”

Unvergesslicher Urlaub in einer Traumvilla

Eine Woche verbrachte ich einen Urlaub in einer Villa die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt, sehr sauber, jedes Zimmer individuell eingerichtet und mit eigenem Bad. Die Verwaltung/Betreuung vor Ort war, als käme man zu Freunden, einfach perfekt. Mein Highlight war der große Pool, indem man nicht nur plantschen sondern tatsächlich schwimmen kann.

Erholsame Tage in bester Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt idyllisch am Kanal und auf der Sonnenseite. Es liegt in ruhiger Lage, trotzdem waren Supermärkte etc. super schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir uns nicht mehr zu Hause sonnen wollten konnten wir, die Sonne auch anders genießen. Mit dem Boot konnten wir die zahlreichen umliegenden menschenleeren Strände befahren. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ließ uns keine Wünsche offen. Besonders angenehm ist, das jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt und es daher auch für Gruppen besonders komfortabel ist. Wir haben unsere Zeit genossen und werden jederzeit wiederkommen um uns in Floridas Sonne zu erholen!!

URLAUB IN DER CARPE DIEM

9 Tage lang hatte ich das Vergnügen gemeinsam mit meinen Freunden in der Villa Carpe Diem zu wohnen. Ich hatte einen sehr entspannten, angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer Villa, die ich jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde. Die Einrichtung des Hauses gefiel mir sehr gut, die Ausstattung war toll. Die Lage der Villa der ist super, liegt direkt am Kanal und lädt zu Bootsausflügen ein. Besonders der Außenbereich mit großem Pool gefiel mir sehr gut. Die Villa ist in einem top Zustand und ich würde jederzeit wieder meinen Urlaub dort verbringen.

Immer wieder gerne!

Das Haus hat mir und meiner Frau sehr gefallen! Ein paar Highlights: Es war sehr sauber, das Haus war sehr groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, der Service war sehr lobenswert und die Lage ist 1A mit perfekter Anbindung zum offenen Meer. Heißer tipp von mir: Man sollte sich für den Aufenthalt definitiv ein Boot holen, um die schönen Strände zu entdecken!
Danke für den sehr schönen Urlaub.

Nächster Jahr kommen wir wieder!

Sehr geehrte Eigentümer der Villa Carpe Diem,



es ist uns ein besonderes Anliegen, Ihnen Feedback zu unserem Aufenthalt in Ihrem wundervollen Haus in Cape Coral zu geben.

Wir hatten eine phantastische Woche dort und das Haus war einfach genial! Tolle Lage, sehr gelungenes Ambiente und eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Was uns aber am allermeisten beeindruckt hat, war der Gesamtzustand des Hauses, super gepflegt und TOP SAUBER! Wir haben schon viele Häuser und Wohnungen in den USA gemietet (10 +), aber Ihr Haus wird wohl immer die Nummer 1 sein.

Von der Einrichtung über die Wahl der Farben bis zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, einfach perfekt! Und ich denke, Sie wissen, was Sie an Ihrer Hausverwaltung haben… Besser geht es nicht!

Vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrem Haus wohnen durften.

Luxus pur

Tolle Villa mit moderner und heller Ausstattung. Die Lage ist am breiten Kanal und man ist mit dem Boot sehr schnell auf dem River. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Jederzeit wieder!!!
Die Verwaltung Vorort ist super nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hat.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!!

Traumvilla mit gehobener Ausstattung

Diese Villa ist wunderschön und sehr großzügig gebaut. Wir waren nur zu viert dort und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist aber auch für 2 Familien geeignet, da jede Familie ihren eigenen Bereich hätte.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht um einen perfekten Urlaub zu haben.
Die Lage der Villa ist hervorzuheben! Breiter Kanal, schnell auf dem River und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in Cape Coral und können das Haus und die Betreuung durch Heiko und Patricia Vorort nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir hoffen, wir können ganz bald wiederkommen!!!
